ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS AND PATHWAY REFERRAL TO SPECIALIST:
“FINDING SOLUTIONS AT THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM”
At times, achieving good health requires more than just general lifestyle changes. That is why we have a root cause analysis program, where we try to find the root cause of an individual’s mental health issues like housing, job, marital issues, family matters, children problems, and immigration issues, and then we work to solve them and or try to support them in some ways. In cases where specialist intervention is required, we offer pathway referrals to specialists who can offer further guidance and support. Whether someone needs support with mental health, guidance on healthy activities, or specialist intervention, we are here to help. Our team of specialists is dedicated to ensuring that individuals receive the appropriate care and support they need to lead healthy and fulfilling life.
